Sanarium
An aromatic sauna with a temperature of 60C and a humidity of 40%, in which the changing colors of light (chromotherapy) properly affect our mood.

Mud bath
A steam bath at a temperature of about 40°C, with variable air humidity up to 100%. The room has 9 niches with seats.

It is also intended for performing treatments: enzymatic peeling and applying various types of clays.

The treatment in the bath consists of 3 parts:

1. The temperature itself – at this time clays/peeling are applied and treated as a compress on the body,




2. Steaming cycle – during which we can massage the applied clay/peeling, increasing the intensity of their action,




3. The final part – rain from the ceiling washing the body from the applied mud.

The peeling, mineralizing and detoxifying treatment lasts about 30 minutes.

Finnish sauna
Dry sauna with a temperature of 100 ° C. Aufguss sessions are held there, enriched with various scents of natural essential oils.

Roman bath
A steam room with plenty of steam with a temperature of around 45 – 48°C and a humidity of up to 100%.

Aromabath
Aromatic wet inhalation with conditions similar to a steam bath – the humidity is 100% and the temperature reaches 40°C.

Caldarium
Aromatic dry inhalation at a temperature of about 40°C, in which the noise of the ball and lights on the ceiling imitating the starry sky allow you to calm down and meditate after the sauna cycle.
