Silesian Sauna
The Silesian Sauna is probably the name of the largest dry sauna in Upper Silesia. Sauna rituals, a characteristic, high temperature and low humidity, are not everything that hides this place. The wood from which it is built accompanied in the first practices for many, a wonderful saunaler. By some called “forge”, by others “hybrid”, the Silesian Sauna is certainly the most important place in the Aquadrom sauna.

Biosauna
A great place for those who discourage high temperatures from sauna. In this room, the air temperature is slightly lower than in other saunas, and the humidity is quite unusual as for a dry sauna. Thanks to the lower than in most saunas, the temperature, you can stay in it a little longer, from 15 to 30 minutes. Aromatic oils will make the feeling of relaxation even deeper, and each visit to Biosaun – unique.

Russian Bania
The only such in the world, unique enough that a separate building was devoted to the Aquadrom sauna, to which the path of the senses leads. High temperature goes hand in hand with slightly increased humidity. Brave inhabitants of the area exercise with it the fortitude of their spirit and body, crowning a visit to the Ruda bai with a bucket of cold water. This place is an ideal synthesis of relaxation and stimulation. And so in Rudzkie – punching flexible under the tin toilet!

Steam room
Leave all bad thoughts and things before entering. The steam room ensures full skin and hair care. And depending on the current smell, it can also cleanse our respiratory tract, stimulate or calm down with selected aromatic oils. To get rid of toxins from the body, we do not cover the material and use it naked. However, we do not forget about rinsing the seat with water, both before and after using it. After visiting the steam room, we recommend going to the water cave and wash your body with lukewarm water.
