We have two Finnish saunas at the Њlкza sauna. Edna of them was created especially for aromatherapy sessions, conducted daily by award -winning saunamists. Only natural Loyly Masters oils are used during rituals.
Sauna Infrared

Traditional saunas affect the temperature, the Infrared sauna affects the body through safe infrared radiation. We especially recommend it to people who bear high temperatures in Finnish saunas or high humidity of steam baths. The infrared sauna has a healing of muscles, joints and helps to effectively fight back pain, also supports the removal of toxins from the body.
Salt sauna

The salt sauna has a temperature of about 70 ° C and humidity around 15-20%. The walls are made of stone salt lumps, thanks to which during the screenings there is also inhalation of salt, bromine, calcium and magnesium, positively affecting the body’s efficiency and respiratory tract.

We have two steam baths at your disposal, which differ in decor and smells. One of them floats the refreshing smell of peppermint, the other transfers to exotic corners filled with the scent of eucalyptus. Both fragrances have a beneficial effect on the upper respiratory tract. Staying in a steam room, through the presence of cumulative steam, also perfectly improves circulation and immunity. There are also unique peeling sessions in Јaџnia.
Seances description
Aromatherapy sessions aromatherapy in our sauna consist in introducing natural essential oils to hot stones, which are invaded in a snowball. With a relaxing music, the saunamist with a towel spreads the aroma throughout the sauna. By conducting aromatherapy in a sauna, we make beneficial fragrances more easily penetrate not only into the respiratory tract but also into the skin. Sugar sugar -belluts are based on sugar peels based on natural essential oils and dried herbs such as lavender, lemon balm, mint or chamomile, enriched with various oils perfectly affecting the skin. Fresh peeling is prepared every day, so there is no boredom! We specially selected fresh, natural herbs and oils without the addition of fragrances of chemicals. All sessions take place in both of our steam baths once a day on working days and twice a day on weekends. Peeling session to resistance in our saunarium we start with a 5-minute stay in a steam room, where we give participants a sugar peeling based on oil, dried herbs and oils ethereal. Then, after rinsing the peeling in the shower, we go to the Finnish sauna for a short but intense immune session. Tibetan Mises of Eastern culture for over 2500 years are used to heal therapy based on vibrations and sounds of bears and gongs. From these handmade instruments, an amazing, relaxing and therapeutic sound is emitted, and this is due to a mixture of metal alloys (among others, gold, silver, copper, iron, mercury, tin, lead and nickel) and a long creation process – this may take well over 50 hours!
