DRY SAUNA

STEAM SAUNA

Regular use of steam sauna treatments has a very positive effect on adaptive processes. In this case, the body’s reactions to high temperatures are milder, and tolerance to the treatment improves. Bathing in the sauna is refreshing and has a beneficial effect on the entire body. Steam clouds penetrate the skin, thoroughly cleansing, moisturizing, and regenerating it. SALT INHALATION CHAMBER

As part of the relaxation between sauna sessions, we offer you a salt inhalation chamber located in the Wellness & SPA zone. The salt chamber is equipped with a pump that disperses saline solution through specially arranged strands. The dispersed saline creates an aerosol in the air, saturating it with iodine and bromine, as well as a range of beneficial macro and micronutrients such as magnesium, sodium, and iron. Iodine and bromine are known for their healing properties, making them useful in treating upper respiratory tract infections, sinusitis, pulmonary emphysema, hypertension, neuroses, allergies, and general exhaustion of the body.
