Hammam, otherwise known as the Turkish bath, combines the functionality and advantages of the Romanesque and Byzantine bath with the Ottoman tradition of caring for the body. Unlike the North European sauna, which works on the principle of hot and dry air where the temperature lasts within 70-80 degrees C, in Hammam, mild temperatures dominate around 37-42 degrees C, which makes the stay much more pleasant and unnecessarily not Weakens the body. Pleasant moisture and water vapor is generated by a stream of hot water, which further contributes to ensuring a nice and comfortable atmosphere inside.
