Sea bath
Temperature: 40 – 45 ° C
Humidity: 100%
The bathhouse with many health -promoting values, characterized by very high humidity. The fitting advantage of the sea bath in the sauna water park is a brine generator, thanks to which, by creating a unique sea microclimate, we also breathe a salt breeze, and thus we inhaute the upper respiratory tract, which has undoubted advantages for our body.
Ruska Bania
Temperature: 80 – 90 ° C
Humidity: 20 – 40%
It is a dry sauna, made of anyer wood with an unusual color and smell, referring to the eastern method of sauna. It has a stone stove, poured by the service of the sauna with water. A stone wall and wooden benches form a unique atmosphere together.
Fire sauna
Temperature: 110 – 115 ° C
Humidity: 5 – 10%
It is an ideal solution for extreme saunas. The furnace with increased power warms up the atmosphere inside to a much higher temperature than in classic dry saunas. Walls lined with brick and red lighting effects emphasize its fiery character and hot atmosphere.
Herbal sauna
Temperature: 60 – 70 ° C
Humidity: 30 – 40%
This is a mild dry sauna combining the power of aromatherapy with the advantages of dry sauna with increased humidity. The fragrances of essential oils float in the warm air and soothes our well -being. Due to their mild character, we invite people who prefer lower temperatures to use it.
Salt infrared
Temperature: 40 – 50 ° C
Humidity: 50 – 70%
The thermal cabin, in which there are much milder conditions than in the classic dry sauna. It can be used by people who should avoid traditional saunas due to high temperature. Instead of traditional furnaces, infrared radiators provide heat. Infrared rays hear the body directly, not the interior of the room. To further strengthen the health -promoting values, the Infrared system used in it was connected to the wall of salt bricks.
