Steam sauna with aroma and color therapy
Temperature: 55 ° C
Humidity: 80%
In the sauna, the bath takes place at a temperature of about 55oC and humidity of the air forming above 80%. The lower temperature causes that in the steam sauna you can stay longer than in a dry sauna. However, it is advisable to cool the body with a cold shower. Bathing in a steam sauna stimulates skin secretory activities and accelerates the excretion of harmful metabolism products and toxins. The water vapor, from which the smell of essential oils is extracted, penetrates deep into the skin and moisturizes it.
